How to Crop a PDF Using PDF Reader Pro on All Devices
PDF Reader Pro allows you to crop a PDF on your desktop computer as well as your mobile devices. See our guides below for exact instructions:
On PDF Reader Pro for Desktop
The desktop version of PDF Reader Pro includes advanced tools to help you crop pages in your PDF with the highest accuracy.
Step 1: Open Your PDF
Click “Open File” or drag and drop your PDF into the Home interface.
Step 2: Click “Tools” on the Main Menu
Choose the “Content Selection Tool” on the top left.
Step 3: Click and Drag a Box Around the Content You Want to Keep
Right-click on the content box and choose “Crop” from the options listed.
Here you can choose to only crop the current page or apply it to all pages in the PDF.
On PDF Reader Pro for Mobile
Use your mobile device to crop your PDFs by following the instructions below:
Step 1: Open your PDF in the App (iOS pictured here)
Tap the + to open your document. Choose from:
- New Blank PDF
- From Clipboard
- Import Images
- Dropbox
- Files Browse
Step 2: Tap on the Three Dots on the Top Right
Scroll down to the “Screen Capture” option to crop your PDF.
